Ages: mini-senior
This program is for the dedicated dancer who wants to compete in regional and national competitions. We have 4 teams: Mini, Junior, Teen, and Senior who train 9hours and more a week. In addition to working with our award-winning faculty, the competitive team trains with internationally esteemed teachers in workshops, conventions, and intensives throughout the season.
All styles of dance
Our well-rounded training program is focused on giving dancers the technique, artistry, and discipline they need to succeed in all avenues of dance. Competitive dancers train in all genres: Ballet/Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Acro, Stretch and Conditioning.
Professional calibre training
Upon graduating from VDC, dancers will have the technique, performance experience, and dance education to pursue dance professionally or attend a University/College program for dance. Beyond dance careers, graduates also take with them the confidence, work ethic, and discipline to pursue anything they set their minds to.
