Why join vdc?
Our Part-time competitive program is for students ages 6-18 who love to dance and are looking for more performance opportunities. Dancers have a chance to be part of the exciting competitive world of dance and are exposed to different styles and choreographers. Please email or call us if you're interested in auditioning for this team.
Classes
All four levels dance twice a week and take classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. Extra classes are offered during the summer for those that are looking for more.
Competition
Dancers compete in 3 regional competitions a year and perform in our annual Recital show in June. Students will learn at least four competitive routines with the option of more!
Team building
The social benefits of joining a team and being in a nurturing and encouraging learning environment are beneficial to children far beyond their hours in the dance studio. VDC organizes Holiday parties, team building exercises and end-of-year parties so dancers and their families can bond and really feel what it's like to be part of team.
